Job Description:
· We are hiring Content Writers for our esteemed organization for Hyderabad location.
· Not a constraint. Preference will be given to degree holders in English, media, publishing or journalism. Any certification in writing like creative writing will be an advantage
· 1-3 years minimum. Freshers from reputed colleges can also be considered if they possess good writing skills
· If fresher – he/she should be a graduate/post graduate with English literature, Mass Communication, Journalism with a good command over the English language.
· Create high quality, engaging content with complete understanding of the readership needs and writing content accordingly.
· A natural flair for writing engaging and accurate highly-descriptive articles on women life style, kids, health, makeup and beauty is a must.
· Ability to research the internet and gather reliable data, related content and information to repurpose the same while content writing.
· Excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting skills are mandatory.
· Create high-authority and excellent content on similar lines popular sites such as Parenting, SheKnows, Glamour, LiveStrong, Huffington Post, Bodybuilding, Yahoo and the likes.
· Ensures that the unity (leaving out unnecessary facts and maintaining the same style throughout the article) and flow (no transitional gaps) of the overall article is not lost
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, must possess a natural flair for writing.
· Excellent editorial skills, such as copy-editing and proof-reading
· The ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
· A love of and feel for language with an inquisitive mind
· Ability to write exhaustive and descriptive articles with zero errors
· Interest in lifestyle, international news and events related global audience
· Knowledge about Internet research and general article writing (training to be provided if you have tremendous grammar and natural writing skills)
· Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization for web sites
